The name The Paper Daisy was chosen for its meaning as much as its beauty. Paper daisies, also known as everlasting flowers, hold their shape and colour long after they are picked. To us, they represent lasting memories, resilience, love and the little moments that stay with you.

That is what we hope The Paper Daisy becomes: a place where people feel welcome, where celebrations are made with care, and where simple daily rituals — a morning coffee, a handmade cake, a shared treat — become something a little more meaningful.

Marianne & Sergio

Behind The Paper Daisy are Marianne and Sergio — two people who believe that hospitality should feel warm, genuine and personal. Sergio brings years of food, hospitality and operational experience, with a chef’s eye for flavour, quality and consistency. Marianne brings creativity, care and a love of cake making, having spent years creating celebration cakes for family, friends and the people they love.

Together, as friends and business partners, Marianne and Sergio wanted to create a space that feels calm, welcoming and quietly joyful — somewhere local, familiar and full of heart.
